Technical Skills
Molecular biology techniques (PCR-RFLP, PCR-TSP, SSP-PCR, RT-PCR, electrophoresis of DNA and RNA on agarose gel, purification of nucleic acids, Western blotting) and basic cell biology techniques (setting up and maintaining cell coltures , use of the microscope).

Informatic Skills
Good knowledge of Windows operating system, Microsoft Office Package, Internet, NCBI databases, basic programs of statistical analysis.
