The research is focusized on the study of new synthetic analogues of resveratral, from the point of view of the biological properties, in order to identify the most active. Our experiments are based on antiproliferative and antitumor activity using normal and tumour cell lines. This research led to the discovery of the 4,4'dyhydroxy-trans-stilbene as the most effective one and therefore was selected for in vivo studies, using mice as an animal model c57 mice.
